WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE LESSON OR COURSE?
The lesson lasts 60 or 75 minutes, begins with an initial relaxation, followed by preparatory exercises, asana practice itself with more dynamic elements of vinyasa, ending with a reward in the form of a final shavasana.
WHERE DOES THE LESSON OR COURSE TAKE PLACE?
Our studio is located in the renovated attic of a family house, so you will not be disturbed by noise from, for example, the fitness center during the lessons, and you will be able to fully concentrate only on your breath and enjoy the time dedicated only to you and your practice.
I’VE NEVER PRACTICED YOGA, CAN I DO IT?
Lessons are always adapted to the level of experience of the participants. The advantage of yoga is that a given asana can always be performed in such a way that it is pleasant and beneficial to health even for an untrained person. It is never exercised to a range of motion that causes pain, only to a pleasant stretch. The body gradually gets used to the movement, even for experienced yogis there is a difference between performing the asana at the beginning and at the end of the lesson. It also depends on the time of day – the body is less flexible in the morning than in the evening.
DO I NEED ANYTHING TO TAKE?
Comfortable clothes will do. Exercise aids (mats, support blocks, blankets and pillows) are freely available for loan. Ayurvedic tea is available after the class.
NO DATE OF THE LISTED LESSON OR COURSE DOESN’T SUIT ME, WHAT ABOUT IT?
Since we do not practice in a hall that would be occupied all day, it is possible to agree on an individually suitable lesson date. If you are interested in regular lessons, it is possible to arrange to list new classes that are currently outside the schedule. In that case, however, we would like you to arrive, for example, with a friend, we practice with a minimum of five people.
