Description

The principle of Office yoga consists in relaxation and for workers directly at the workplace as one of the benefits provided by the company.
Lessons take place before the start of work, at noon or another defined break during the day, and just after the end of working hours.
They practice in the agreed premises of the company, or directly in the office of the given worker.

Program menu:

For Managers: Lessons for individuals (60 min or according to time options. Minimum recommended time is 15 minutes)

Group lessons: groups of 2-10 participants (60 min)

Variants can be negotiated according to the current needs and possibilities of the organization. We also rent exercise mats.
