Yoga course for older adults – from 5 October 2023 / 10 lessons
Age is not the merit or “bad luck” of an individual, every moment we are all aging from start to finish. There is nothing to point out. However, it depends on each of us what quality we give to those moments.
Yoga for the elderly will bring you relaxation and strengthening at the same time.
Course from October 5, 2023 / 10 lessons / 1x per week every Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
You can start yoga at any age. Lessons are suitable for beginners and advanced students. Treat yourself to a yoga set adapted to your physical condition. Exercise is conducted at a leisurely pace, taking into account individual needs. Yoga for is a way to improve not only your physical health, but also to tune your mind to psychological well-being.
The minimum number of participants is 5 people, in case the course is not filled, you will be 100% refunded.
